The International Governance Standards Board (IGSB) receives formal enquiries relating to governance standards, evidence methodologies, the AI Governance Evidence Route and institutional matters. Enquiries are reviewed in accordance with defined governance and independence controls.

All correspondence with IGSB is conducted in writing by email. To preserve impartiality and consistency, enquiries are assessed centrally and routed as appropriate. IGSB does not provide legal advice, consultancy services or individual compliance determinations through correspondence.

For Gap Map enquiries, please include the organisation name, sector, the single AI-enabled system, workflow or bounded deployment context under consideration, the governance question you wish to have examined, and confirmation that documentary records covering that context can be provided.
